Smith Companies, The St. Joe Company, and Principal Financial Group and designed and managed projects for some of the worlds largest prefab home manufactures including partnerships with Dwell Magazine.

After studying Architecture at Drexel University College of Media, Arts, & Design Joe has over 35 years of experience in Design and Construction industry.  With his hands on approach and in depth knowledge and experience in site analysis, design and specifications, he has assisted over 500 clients attain their project goals, including 12 years of successfully running his own design / build firm.  An expert in building systems analysis Joe has collaborated and managed projects  with prefabricated, post and beam, panelized and modular structures systems.

Ed combines the background and organizational skill set of an engineer with project management proficiency of coordinating production documentation of consulting disciplines including as-built conditions recording, surveyor and civil engineer, structural engineer, permitting, contractor & subcontractors and material testing and inspections.

Ed's projects have ranged in scope and scale from single family residential to larger scale complex commercial and retail along with design and land planning in both the public and private sectors.

Robert has the unique combination of Solar technologies and finance background.  These With a B.A. in Finance and his experience is solar technology application, he is able to address the two main concerns of our clients; best solar systems for our project and the best financial structuring.

Robert has been integral in providing solar technologies consulting for large and small scale commercial & residential projects in the San Diego area including: client consultation, site survey, financial feasibility study, contractor coordination, and completion analysis.

Eric has over 15 years experience in video production including every aspect of film making production from scripting to editing.  His professional projects range from feature length films to testimonials, interviews, music videos short films and web content.  Eric has worked for national firms to coordinate, create and implement marketing plans, public relations, create advertising and corporate image, coordinate website marketing, organize and execute special events, maintaining and creating media relationships, production of online videos and TV spots, oversee social media messaging and strategy.
