Scope: Allele Biotechnology is renovating their facility at 6868 Nancy Ridge Dr. San Diego, CA. The renovation will encompass the rooms and square footage in the facility to be outlined by Allele. Allele is to provide existing facility CAD files for use in design of 3D spaces and for KINDO Studios to provide a fee estimate for services. The desired schedule for the project is occupancy within 2-3 months. To be able to achieve this aggressive schedule KINDO studios would have to receive the CAD files to create a service proposal fee, and create the designs as soon as possible to start providing information to a contractor and get on their schedule.

Design Services:

Design (3D / Rendering): KINDO Studios is to produce a 3D image design for the rooms and square footage as instructed by Allele and based on the design vision below as provided by Abbas Hussain.

SD (Schematic Design):

Produce conceptual 3D design and layout for areas outlined by Allele based on the CAD drawings of the as-built facility with design reference to the design vision (below). (4-7 views will be created for discussion and selection of DD rendered views)

Review: 3D drawings with color selections and basic materials will be reviewed and edits marked for incorporation into next drawings.

DD (Design Development):

Produce 3D design based on Allele notes from SD phase. (3 views)

FD (Final Design):

Owner will receive view image files in pdf or jpg format. (Please note that KINDO Studios does not release 3D files.)

Upon completion of the final design meeting the owner has the option to have KINDO Studios provide revisions and / or engage contractor as an additional service.

Builder Services

Builder services can be provided on an hourly as need basis by Allele as discussed.
